Yay the joys of a new computer...

Postby Syn13 » June 7th, 2009, 1:51 am

Man I hate when I have to reset everything that I had to the new computer!! Well technically not a new computer but all the settings and programs(apps in this case). I just upgraded my old 15" G4 to a 20" G5 and I think I'm going blind by the magnitude of the much bigger screen at such a distance...only a G5 but its running what I need, CS4!
So back to setting up everything(Firefox, background, network settings, bookmarks and apps!).
Anything I can do that's neat on a PowerPC? I kinda think it sucks that Apple is moving on to past PPC and everything to the intel chip...

I´m at it myself right now, I built myself a new computer yesterday, good thing I don´t need alot of apps for this, and if you think a 20´´ display is big, then I wonder what would you think of my new 26´ viewsonic monitor XD it kicks so major ass I can color two comicbook pages at once.

Nice~
Anything over 26", I need to be TV viewing distance! Problem is from time to time, I go online with my PS3 and its sorta hard to see the font on a 32" HD TV....Next computer is probably gonna be a Power Mac tower style computer, I've heard those are total monsters to build~
