Wow I am not so observant(dense) with people

Well I've always been like that and I admit it but I just came to a realization of the level of dense-ness I am. Here's the kicker, I'm working at my part time job at a coffee shop and in walks in a flamoyant guy which is cannot be mistaken for another person. I know I've seen this guy somewhere or reminds me of a certain designer that shows up on a couple of shows on the Food Network(Restaurant Makeover) and HGTV on the Canadian network. He comes in often since he's opening a store across the street. It takes me a week or two to comfirm that he was the person who I thought it was and I was the last one to figure it out lol.

My coworker who doesn't even watch TV knew who the guy was lol!

A similar thing happened as well, where someone I know who works at another location came by one day and I just stood there saying she looks familiar and she looked at me weird and thought I was joking lol!

I gotta start playing those brain games on DS instead of mindless games now lol!

I hate that feeling. Just can't figure it out but you know you've come across them before. Personally, I can't recall faces for the life of me. However, what I do pick up are mannerisms of speech and personality. As soon as someone talks to me (and they are someone I've talked to in the past), I'll be able to recognize them quickly.

Most likely, you just don't watch enough tv. That's not a bad thing. You aren't dense, but being the last horse to cross the finish line sure makes you feel that way, lol.

Who was this guy? You should chat with him and see if he will give you discounts at his store. Also, chatting with a celeb sounds pretty cool, haha.

Whoops, missing for a while but back to the topic at hand, apparently the local celebrity was Robin De Groot and man, he is exactly as he is on TV in real life lol~
I can tell that the place he opened has his design flare being that the outside of his store, "Downtown Home" is Pistachio Green which is nice since it really stands out.
