I went the last two years, going again but unfortunately I'm working on Saturday. Not bad, you can clear the anime section pretty fast since it's only a little less that one half than AnimeNorth, but one thing I realized is that prices are most of the time cheaper than AN(maybe because its only the biggest anime con in Canada).

Going on Friday with my comic buddies, going on Sunday with my bro so it gives me two chances to find to good stuff though I can say there wasn't anything new at AN(went on the last day unfortunately). Gonna take the subway to my workplace(Second Cup) for my own specially made Caffeine fun-ness to keep me jived then meet my buddies there since we're scattered around(one lives far WEST!). Sunday, taking the car with my bro~

Saturday is generally the best day, vendors usually still have some good items then plus prices start to get slashed on sundays but the good stuff are usually gone.
I normally go on Saturdays for these conventions.

nah, all I just know is from the last two years of going was the line-up for tickets. It tends to die down after 1pm I think but anything before that was pretty much a hour wait but then again, those were on Saturdays.
If only I could score vendor tickets from my comic guy, but he's always got help lined up from his good customers that it never got to us(my friends that go to him as well).

I believe there are ATMs inside somewhere, some dealers do have a debit/credit machine from what I remember but it's always better with cash because I think there are extra charges when using either debit or 90% using a credit card.

CNAnime sucked this year, only thing that was good was playing SFIV there. The anime section shrunk to a third or less of the whole entire FanExpo show making it really really disappointing! There was really barely any anime figures but crap loads of Gunpla but prices were expensive, the only one place with Master Grade Exia Ignition Mode was selling for $85!!!
CNAnime is getting smaller every year now, especially with Zellers taking up a huge chunk of the Convention Center with their gaming section.

Sounds a lot like our Armageddon Expos. They have become increasingly disappointing every year for the last 5 years. I'm hoping their planned change of venue will put them back on the right track!
