I really want it but can only find it on eBay and the price on there is ridiculous. Does anyone know where I could get it? Or is it basically impossible?

For an older figure like that I'd say your best place would be YHJ. Although with the middle man fees it may be just as expensive as ebay..

I know all about that, looking for a certain Rider belt, average ending bids are around $50, add the $$7 service fee, 10% auction fee, $10 local shipping plus shipping to my address(cheapest is $15) and it comes out to $87 USD! Its a $20 - $50 cheaper than eBay(what they are currently offering it for).

Then click on the Guide to Yahoo Japan Auctions on the left, it's a good explanation of what each section of a listing pertains to. It may look daunting at first but I'm sure you'll pick it up quicker than you perhaps expect. You will almost certainly have to use a deputy service though, which is not cheap. No idea if japantodoor.com is a good one to use, it's just the one I remember seeing on dannychoo.com.
