VOCALOID figure off of amazon.com/eBay, legitimate??

Hey guys. I'm trying to purchase THIS (http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10082130) Rin Kagamine figure and have found it on both eBay and amazon.com. I've decided to only consider the eBay ones as a last resort, although they are all reasonably priced (the cheapest one being 60$.)

on amazon.com, HERE: (http://www.amazon.com/Nendoroid-Kagamin ... 535&sr=1-3) the price is well above the recommended 50 bucks at $69. No pictures of the box are given, only the standard shots that are also on multiple other sites. The seller has almost all positive reviews and seems pretty safe, plus they're located in the US.
Should I contact the company and ask to send pics of the box so I can check for the appropriate stickers and whatnot? Do you think the seller looks legitimate in the first place? Have any of you experienced bootleg figures over amazon.com? (I figure it's at least a bit safer than ebay...)

Any help would be VERY appreciated. This is going to be my first figure, and I've been doing a lot of research regarding bootlegs but I figure there's only so much I can know, being a rookie and all.
