Hmm, what sort of stuff is included in the Rozen Maiden book. I've become a bit obsessed with Peach Pit now, so it has me curious. Also, do you know when (or if) the next Art Material art book is coming out? I've had to place a bunch of other art books in the darned box since I've no room otherwise.

The HLJ page on the book gives an idea of the illustrations etc in the Rozen Maiden book, unfortunately it is listed as discontinued at HLJ (be careful looking elsewhere as there are hadcover bootlegs of Rozen Maiden artbooks on Ebay). The book has colour art work, episode summaries with screenshots & at the back black & white concept artwork.

Your guess is as good as mine on the Fate Art book, I couldn't even find any mention of the next volume on the Enterbrain site.

If you're looking for illustrations and nothing else of Rozen Maiden, I recommend getting the TV Animation Rozen Maiden Visual Book Rozen Maiden ERINNERUNG. It's filled with all the anime art work, from the magazines, CDs, DVD covers etc. The Edel Rose book Evil SDude has has a gallery at the beginning, and the rest is character pages, screen shots summaries, and then black and white line arts at the back. There's a couple more RM books like that, but the only one that's full illustrations in the one mentioned above. And nope, there's no Peach-Pit illustrations for Rozen Maiden yet. I'm waiting for that one <3

Nice batch of books. How is the Utawareumono Offical Fanbook? I'd be interested in the art from the series (I love the character designs of all the girls) or is it filled with mostly episode caps?

Nice batch of books. How is the Utawareumono Offical Fanbook? I'd be interested in the art from the series (I love the character designs of all the girls) or is it filled with mostly episode caps?

There is a fold out page artwork & then there is 8 pages of 1/2 & full pages of artwork. Then 15 pages of character anaylsis with a mixture of screen shots etc. Then there is 40 oddpages of episode summaries with screen shots, 4 pages of artwork & then several pages of interviews, then lastly there is 20 pages of character & backgrond sketches. I got mine for 2,380 Yen from Hobby Link Japan.

Alpha System is actually 2 books the blue one is 322 colour illustrations for Shikigami no Shiro I & Shikigami no Shiro II and a few others the last third is Gunparade March. The silver book is 191 pages & is B & W design sketches for the same. Here are some shots.
