2005-07-18 - Slight forum changes

- added a figures, statues and models forum. Can't think of better name but anyway it's there
- disabling "Guest" posting. Registration is quick and free so I see no need for Guest postings.

If you have any suggestions for the forums feel free to post it or PM me. I'm still tinkering with some of the features.

Maybe considering thinking of allowing avatar uploading but I'm afraid of hotlinking. There is already avatar remote linking allowed.

Major suggestion: Make the rules thread so members can actually read it. It is currently set to moderators only. No point in having rules if members can't read them.
