Evangelion came out in Japan back in 1995. So did the 1st Ghost in the Shell film.

Amazing how tastes and styles have changed over the years no? :)

Wow that has been a long time, I still consider Macross Plus a marvel for its age. If there wasn't that issue between Macross and Robotech, Macross Plus on Blu Ray would make even today's "Graphically Advanced" animation comparable or better!
I remember seeing a youtube clip of Macross Plus in Hi-Def, it was something to write home about.

I see less shows released these days that appeal to me. I don't think I'm the target market anymore. ;) I just find that there are less stories being told that really capture my attention.

I got a back log of fan subs, and a back log of DVD's.

Finished watching "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun", great series with great art. I really
need to go back and finish watching "Toaru Majutsu no Index". Hope both of these
series gets a DVD release over here.

Watched a lot of the volume one DVD for "Soul Eater", going to finish that out
sometime, and then pick up DVD volumes 2 & 3.

Picked up Slayers Revolution and Slayers Evolution-R on DVD recently, love my
Slayers.
Tokyo Central to Shirow One, we have you at T-minus 4 mins and counting.
Shirow One to Tokyo Central we have a problem.
Tokyo Central to Shirow One, that is affirmative, have Shirow One on hold count.
Please stand by.
